一、产品简介

1、PROSPECTUS
该产品采用水性弹性树脂作为基料的水性钢结构防火涂料，适用于室内钢结构表面的防火保护，产品具有环保、耐火极限长、粘接强度高、施工方便等特点。由国家公安部消防产品合格评定中心抽样，由国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心型式认可检验，产品格项性能指标完全达到或超过GB 14907－2002钢结构防火涂料标准要求。 

The product is a kind of fire retardant coating for steel structure, that is based on water-borne resin emulsion. It is used in flameproof protection of the surface of the indoor steel structure. It  has the special properties like environmental, long fire resistance, high bonding strength and easy to construct. It has been sampled by China Certification Center For Fire Products Ministry of Public Security, and taken the Type Approval Survey by CNCF(China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed-fighting Systems and Fire-resisting Building Components). All the performance indicators reache or exceed the GB14907-2002.

三、应用领域 

3、APPLICATION FIELDS
广泛应用于建筑物及构筑物室内钢结构、建筑网架的防火保护。也可以用于石油、化工、治金、电力、煤碳等工、矿、厂房钢结构的防火保护。

It is widely applicable to the fire protection for buildings or other structures, the indoor bearing steelwork of the large steelwork workshorp and the steel grid structure. It also can be used for the steel-structure building of petroleum industry, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, electric utility and Coal industry.  
四、施工工艺 

4、CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1、钢结构底材要做除污、防锈处理，一般至少涂刷两道优质防锈底漆。

1） Clean the dust and the attachments on the surface of steel structure clearly. Must derust the parts which get rusty. Anticorrosive paint twice.  
2、待底漆干透，清除防锈漆表面尘土、污物后方可涂刷NB-1室内薄型钢结构防火涂料。 

2） The NB-1 could be used when the anticorrosive paint is dry enough, and there is no dust on the surface.
3、NB-1室内薄型钢结构防火涂料一般采用刷涂、辊涂或喷涂工艺进行施工。涂料在使用前，须充分搅拌均匀。

3） Fully stir well before used. The coating method like Spraying, roller coating, brush could be used.  
4、为保证附着力，施工时第一遍涂层厚度须≤0.3mm，待前遍涂层干透后再涂下一道，以后每遍涂层厚度≤0.5mm，直至总厚度达到设计要求。 

4） The thickness of the coating should control in 0.3mm in the first time construct to ensure the intercoat adhesion. Then to the next coating ,each thickness should control in 0.4mm, until the total thickness is up to the standard.
5、该产品为水性涂料，施工温度10℃以上为宜，湿度不大于85%，遇有雨、雪、雾、大风天气或钢材表面有结露时，不宜施工。 

5） The temperature when the construction is going on should be above 10℃, for this product is water-borne, and the humidity should be lower than 85%. It couldn’t going on when there’s raining, snowing, misting, winding or dewing on the surface.
6、未用完的涂料应密封保存，已备再用。

6） The rest of the coating should be sealed so that next time still be useful.

1、施工要严格控制产品用量，确保涂层厚度满足要求； 
2、本产品为一般性危险品运输； 
3、贮存于0~38℃的环境中，隔绝火种，远离热源，防止曝晒； 

3） Store in 0-38℃, keep away from sun and heat.
4、贮存期为12个月。
