该产品以丙烯酸树脂为基料，以P-N膨胀阻燃体系为主料采用美国技术、全封闭自动化生产，具有优异的耐候性、耐水性、耐酸碱性和耐曝热性等性能；同时具有粘接强度高、耐火极限长、装饰效果好等特殊性能；由国家公安部消防产品合格评定中心抽样，由国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心型式认可检验，产品各项理化性能指标和防火性能指标完全达到或超过GB14907-2002钢结构防火涂料标准要求。
This product is used Acrylic acid Polymers as base material, and P-N intumescent flame retardant as main material. It is produced in Full closed automation by America Technology. With excellent weather resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and insolation resistance. It is also with high bond strength, long fire endurance, good decoration. It has been sampled by China Certification Center For Fire Products Ministry of Public Security, and taken the Type Approval Survey by CNCF(China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed-fighting Systems and Fire-resisting Building Components). All the performance indicators reache or exceed the GB14907-2002.

四、产品说明
4、 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. 涂刷前钢结构表面应做防锈处理，表面清洁无油污、灰尘，涂刷防锈漆两遍；
1）The surface of steel structure should be rust-proof before coating. Make sure the surface is clean, and coating anticorrosive paint twice.
2、施工前应先搅拌均匀，如粘度大可加2-5％稀释剂稀释后施工；
2)Stir well before used. When the viscosity is high, could dilute it with 2-5% dilution.
3、每遍间隔不少于24小时，刷(辊)涂2-10遍，厚度达到要求为止，第一遍厚度不要超过200μm，以后每遍厚度不超过300μm；
3) Brush coating 2-10 times until the thickness is enough. Never less than 24h between each coating. The thickness shouldn’t be over 200μm for the first coating, and not over 300μm each time later.
4、可根据颜色要求涂刷面漆一至二道；
4) Coat the finish coats 1-2 times if there is color needs.
5、施工操作应在室内避雨棚进行，施工环境0-38℃；
5) The coating should be going on indoor where the temperature is 0-38℃.
6、漆膜未实干前严防雨淋。

2、贮存于0一38℃的环境中，防止曝晒；
